Overview

VeloNaut runs as a momentum engine: it watches Solana SPL token trading activity, identifies unusual volume and price behavior, runs tokens through configurable filters, and can place snipe orders when criteria are met.

Volume & Momentum Detection

The engine tracks volume and price over configurable windows (e.g. 1m, 5m, 15m). Spikes above baseline thresholds trigger the pipeline. You can tune sensitivity and cooldowns to match your strategy.

  • Volume spike thresholds (absolute and relative to average)
  • Price momentum and breakout detection
  • Time-window and cooldown settings

Token Filters

Before a token is considered for a snipe, it passes a set of filters to reduce rugs and low-quality launches.

  • Minimum liquidity and pool age
  • Holder count and distribution (e.g. max % in top N wallets)
  • Contract traits: mint/freeze authority, LP lock, etc.
  • Blocklist/allowlist and custom rules

Sniping

When a token passes all filters and meets your momentum criteria, VeloNaut can submit buy orders automatically. Slippage, size, and max spend are configurable. Supports integration with supported Solana wallets and RPC endpoints.

Getting Started

Connect a supported Solana wallet, set your filters and momentum thresholds, and optionally hold $VLNT for full access. The engine runs in the background and notifies you when a token passes your criteria; you can enable auto-snipe or execute manually.

2. Purpose & Utility

  • Access: Unlock or enhance usage of the trading assistant (market shifts detection, strategy encoding).
  • Fee discounts: Reduced fees on trades and premium insights for $VLNT holders.
  • Governance: Voting on strategy defaults, risk parameters, and roadmap priorities.
  • Revenue share: A portion of protocol fees may be distributed to stakers or locked holders.
